Surabaya – Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya (Unusa) hosts a special visit from the Japan Foundation on Wednesday (15/01). The meeting is held in the Rector’s Meeting Room at Unusa’s Campus B Tower, marks an important step in strengthening the partnership between the two institutions.

Unusa’s Rector, Prof. Ir. Dr. Achmad Jazidie, M.Eng., expresses his profound gratitude to the Japan Foundation for its continued contributions. “We deeply appreciate the support from the Japan Foundation, including the donation of several books that have significantly benefited academic development at Unusa,” he said.

During the event, Mr. Yamazaki Takaya, Assistant Director of the Japanese Language Division at the Japan Foundation, conveys his appreciation for the collaboration. “We are very grateful to collaborate with Unusa and hope to continue participating in various beneficial activities in the future,” he remarks.

This visit not only strengthen bilateral ties but also opens up new opportunities for further collaboration, particularly in the fields of academics and culture.
