Jombang – To increase the capacity of human resources, Global Engagement of Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya (Genus) held capacity building and internationalization exposure in Wonosalam Jombang.
This event is followed by the volunteers and all the Genus’ Staff. “Together We Make a Change” becomes the theme of this event and it is hoped by working together, Genus can make a change and go global.
Wiwik Afridah as the chief of Genus said that this event is arranged as the momentum to learn and build togetherness among the volunteers and the staff.
“If we look at back what we have already done it is the momentum for us to learn to increase our knowledge relate to international exposure, there are so many insights we can get. we try to build our togetherness, our patience, and our capacity.” Said Wiwik
Capacity building is held for two days. The first day is an introduction and giving insight related to international exposure and continued by inauguration and handover the position from volunteers 2020-2021 to volunteers 2021-2022. The second day is off-road activity.
Naufal Ilham Saputra, student of Occupational Health and Safety, the general chief of Volunteer 2021-2022 hopes his cabinet can arrange and run a great program.
“By holding inauguration, it is the symbol for new cabinet is ready to arrange and run a great program. I hope all the members can work together as a team and based on the job description” Said Naufal. (nrl/admin)
